Many of the clients Dr. Kearby works with are used to pushing through.
From the outside, things may appear manageable, but internally they often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or major life transitions, Dr. Kearby provides a thoughtful and supportive space to better understand what’s contributing to their distress and begin moving toward meaningful change.
Dr. Kearby is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with a doctorate in Psychology. She has over eight years of experience working with adults and couples and takes an individualized, collaborative approach to therapy.
Her work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Clients often appreciate her warm, grounded presence and her ability to balance emotional support with practical insight.
